Was about to order a set of bbk long tubes! was wondering if the 94-95 have a egr bung. Sine I have deleted my EGR and smog pump system! Do the 79-93 have a egr hook up on the passenger side will the fit a 95 gt? What about the h or x pipes?

no, the bbk longtubes for the 94-95 dont come with the egr bung.. no emissions testing in pa? from what ive seen, the h and x pipes that fit the foxbody 5.0's will work on 94-95's as well.. but as far as longtubes for the fox bodies, they wont fit the 94-95 without some modifications..

Actually, the new BBK longtubes do come with the EGR bung. I just put a set on a customer's car not long ago. You need to get a cap to cap it off if you don't have an EGR. 93"- headers won't fit unless you have a 93'- transmission and bellhousing setup.

My '94/5 ceramic coated BBK longtubes have an EGR bung. The headers aren't new, I've had them for about 5 years. They clear a Fox bell/tranny setup (TKO600 and SFI bell) just fine, but don't know if there's any problems the other way around. I haven't had a set of BBK Fox headers to compared the differences between them and SN95 primary tube routing.

.... I used to have MAC longtubes and the drivers side primary tube routing was different between the fox and SN95 and the SN95 model headers would run right up against the clutch cable where it entered the bell, but the fox primaries were routed differently and it wasn't a problem.

fox long tubes will work but you need a fox bellhousing and clutch fork.

You need a fox tranny too. The fox transmission input shaft is 5/8" shorter, and the bellhousings are not interchangeable. The reason I say "fox style" transmission, is because the TR-3550/TKO is setup for a Fox body, with a fox body clutch fork. Since a lot of guys upgrade to these transmissions, it helps to know you can run Fox headers after the upgrade.

The problem is when it goes the other way around. The Fox headers are narrower, and hit the clutch fork on an SN.

yeah the clutch fork on a SN is like at the 9 o'clock position while a fox setup is at the 7 o'clock position when looking from the back of the car.
