95 vs. 96

Hey guys. I had a run in with what seemed like a 96 cobra. but i smoked it for a roll and run. Later down the road at a stoplight i noticed he had gt brakes and it only had a gt front end. It had a full o/r bassani exhaust. No contest.
How do u guys think i would do against a real 96-98 Cobra with say 4.10 gears and a full o/r exhaust. No other mods, Against the Mod's i have in my sig. on my 95 cobra

He'd probobly take ya brother. At the most your probobly only pushing 245hp to the wheels and thats with a mid-low mile cobra. A 96-98 cobra witha full o/r exhaust system is going to be pushing 265-275 rwhp the 4.10's dont hurt either. Stoplight to stoplight there's too much to look out for. At a track theres no worries. One day you might take him the next time he might take you. All i can say is i have a 96 right now and i miss my 5.0. I'm looking for a 95 cobra.
