Electrical 96 Cobra Electrical Issue

I'm looking at a car that has some electrical issues. Windows, windshield wipers stereo and AC doesn't work. I'm thinking the PCM possibly? Is there a relay circuit common to these items?

The Windows, windshield wipers stereo do share the ground behind the center console.

The AC may be a separate problem as things go wrong frequently for most any AC in an older car.

FWIIW, I don't see how a bad PCM could affect all of the mentioned subsystems AND the motor still start/run.

PCM...I guess I meant the CCRM. I got my acronyms wrong. But the ground is a good start.
