96 Cobra gaueg cluster swap, what's needed?

Gauge cluster**

Did a search and people talk about a module needing to be switch over. Is this all it takes? My tach's always on the fritz and i'd prefer a cluster with a wider rpm range as i'll be able to rev past 7k.

I believe you just swap The module from your old cluster when you bolt on the new one...

It is located on the back by one of the plugs, I've never done this however so this is just my .02 cents....

I had a mobil guy come out and repogram a couple cars I swapped Cobra speedos into. It works from 94-95 abut anything with PATS...96-04, needs to be reprogrammed.

That's exactly how I understand it.

You will likely need to recalibrate it as the speedo is calibrated for 150, and will show slightly off all through the band.
