96 cobra rough idle

96 cobra rough idle at 800rpm plugs are good clean motorcraft platnum what can be the prob ? i did change 1 bad injector last year ford part . also need to change my fluid in my t45 what do you recommend mobil 1 syn ? thx bunchez

Check the plug wires and coil packs for the idle. AS far as the T-45 fluid, just use any type of ATF. Conventional or synthetic is totally your choice. I don't use synthetic, but others do..its just owners opinion. It takes just under 4 quarts.
