96 GT keeps blowing fuses, car will not start?

my 96' GT is blowing a fuse in the engine compartment fuse box.
the car will start then it will shut off instantly.it is shoritng out.
I do not have the owners manual, so I can't figure out what the fuse is for.

does anyone know where to get a diagram of the fuse box in the engine compartment?

I have the Haynes auto manual and all I could find was a picture of the fuse box and a hard to read diagram of the electrical system.
can you help me find out what fuse is blowing?
