96GT heads cam intake

know you all have had this question but geting back into a 4.6 with regrind cam with much valvetrain noise how do i get rid of it

I won't be able to help you w/ your specific problem, but perhaps you could list mods and what specific type of cams, valves, etc.

A video will help people to.

NOTE: there were some recent posts on noisy engines specific to cams. I'd lookup those threads for some leasd..

From the experience with regrind cams I saw everyone go through a couple years ago I will not even think about regrinds.
I went with Comp Cams and everything is as quiet as stock with a nice lope and no issues.

To get rid of valvetrain noise from reground cams, drop in some used PI cams.
