97 cobra squeaking while cruising

My car only has 23k on the clock and I just got it out of storage and had the oil changed. I noticed it has some sort of a squeak while cruising at a constant speed anywhere from 25-40 mph. I thought I've seen threads about squeaky tire rods in these cars. Any input would be appreciated!!

Tie rods or balljoints...both of mine have done it, my brother's '95 was the balljoints (he replaced his). I can get it to go away with some penetrant sprayed on all (I don't know which one it is). The only cure is to go to a greasable style.

Ok, what product did you use? Where do I spray it? Do you have any pictures to help?
