hey all, im about to purchase a steeda tri-ax shifter and i was curious if i have a t-5 transmission. i know this is a noob question but i don't feel going through the hassle of buying and returning the wrong shifter, appreciate the help

You have a T-45 tranny, and MGW is the way to go. They both cost around the same price, MGW #1 w/ a stang Bob's shifter gasket. You will thank me later, but if you want to get the Tri-ax go for it.

ya you got a t45, but i have steeda tri-ax, and have good succes with. oh btw t5 and t45 use the same shifter.

T-45 but i go with pro 5.0 short throw.. Tri ax is a horrible shifter =P
