What's involved with swapping out a 97 cobra motor to a 99 cobra motor? Has it been done? I have a buddy who wants to do this and install a Kenne Bell on it and sell his P1sc kit for the 97 motor. He blew holes in every cylinder with only 500 miles on it for the second time.
One of the cables that open up the secondary intake ports was broke and thinking this a may have caused it, so he wants to switch to the 99 style motor. Any input is appreciated. Thanks
