does anyone have problems with front end popping when coming to a stop? it almost sounds as if something has play and moves back and front when you apply the brakes. i have put new rotors, pads, pins, mounting hardware, and pinions and still the same. what to do....can someone please help.

the dealership says the bushings are fine. i have ordered a set of polyurethane bushings and will install soon. when you brake the noise sounds like a springy, bouncy type, if i apply brakes u hear the noise, let brakes go no noise, apply again, noise again all this while the car is moving. when it comes to a stop, i put it in gear and brake and it pops, i do it again and nothing. i put it in reverse and brake and pop. i keep going and nothing. i dont know what it is but i would sure like some help in solving this annoying noise. thanks

Your expanded description sounds like the caliper(s) are sticking.

It shoud float freely on the pins.
If the top of the caliper is rusty, clean with some emery cloth and apply a very light coat of high temp wheel bearing grease to the wedge area only. Be careful that you do not put enough grease on that it migrates to the rotor or pads.
