98 cobra - noise coming from front

I have a 98 cobra with 45k miles and i hear noises when truning my steering wheel and when going into driveways, not sure if it is suspension. Any ideas? Thanks, Ron

To me it sounds like the ball joints are going bad even though you don't have a lot of miles on the car the wear on ball joints comes from the speed and terrain you drive on combined a good way to check this is look at the tires and see if they are wearing even if not then it could be from the ball joints another way is taking the tire off and pushing and pull on the end of the ball joint if it moves with little amounts of force then it's probably the ball joint.

it could be ball joints, but what does the noise sound like? is it a squeak like an old mattress or is it a thud or a thump or some other noise?
