98 gt 5 speed vs 97 gt auto

I have a 98 mustang gt 5 speed and my girlfriends cousin has a 97 mustang gt automatic. It seems to me we are always in compotition because out of all our friends that always hang out we are the only two with mustangs. I know he thinks for some reason he can beat me but i just was wondering how much do you think i would beat him by. with and without the 4.10's Here are my mods

4.10 gears (getting put in this monday which he wont know about)
pullies
2 1/2'' exhaust offroad x pipe no cats
flowmasters 40 series
2 ram airs hood/under car
k&n air filter
Trickflow upper intake
70mm throttle body
centerforce clutch
steeda short throw shifter
adjustable clutch cable

Here are all the mods i know for sure he has but he lies alot
fender air intake
flowmasters with offroad x pipe
9mm ford racing wires
some electronic supercharger which i heard does nothing (FAN IN AIRBOX OR SOMETHING)

I know stock my car has 225 hp and his stock has 215 but does a auto also have less because its an auto?

u will hand his ass to him. electric supercharger what an ass....are u sure he doesnt drive a civic??? i bet he has an aluminum wing on it!!
and yes...autos have less RWHP than a 5-speed

If the fan in the airbox thing he has is the tornado look out. Those things swirl the air like crazy and you just flyyyyyy.
But seriously you have some mods that actually do something while he has...a electric supercharger. Make him cry

That will be a pure man slaughter. that electric supercharger gave him about 700rwhp. nah but anyway if you don't outrun the crap out of him something is seriously wrong. you don't even need the gears to do it.

Race him like he got something under that hood or you might be reading his license plate! I beat alot of car because they thougth my 97autovert was so slow!

You should kill him! A '98 should have 225 matted to your 5 speed and a 4:10 to a basiclly stock 215 horse auto. Yeah I'd say murder.
If electronic superchargers worked, dont you think everyone would be talking about them or running them in their stangs? You should slap this guy upside the head!
PS you'll love the gear, if I could do my gear again I would have done a 4.10 too!
