I have a '98 shortblock with pi heads and pi cams, also have manifolds that go with. This motor ran very, very good before being pulled for a 40,000mile 2001gt motor. No knocks, pings or smoke. One of the pi heads has a boogered up cam journal(guy gave them to me)they were never put on. Motor has 142,000 miles on it and ran strong.
