The 4r70w in my 96 is slipping so i bought a 4r70w out of a 98 3.8 and need to know if theres anything i need to get in order for it to bolt up to my 96 will the torque converter work wiring etc if so what do i need to do cheap as possible to any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Shawn, I've rebuilt the auto tranny in a 2000 vert, and now am rebuilding/replacing the auto tranny in my 98 gt 4r70w is a 4r70w they should n be exactly the same.
