99-01 cobra fog lamp question

I know someone on here has the answer I need. This forum is great.

I have a 02 GT and I recently had a 99-01 cobra bumper installed. I have the fog lamp bezels installed and I am about to order the lights.

I have never done this before. Do the lights bolt up to the bezel? Or to the car itself? I want to make sure I order the right light with bracket and all if needed.

Any tips or info would be great. Thanks in advance for the help.
