99-04 Side Exhaust work on a 94-95?

I'm sure there's some modifications to be made, but I was curious if anyone has ever installed a 99-04 Side ehxhaust (or any exhaust from a 99-04) on their 94-95. What modifications did you have to perform?

are talking about just the pipes or the body panels as well? since the engines are completely different the pipes won't mount up in the same locations. you'll have to do some finagling.
