99 Cobra- Convertible top noise

Hey all, ive got a completely stock 99 cobra with 130,000 miles that still runs like a champ, one problem though, when ever i go over bumps or rough road i get alot of noise and squeaks from the convertible top which im assuming is from the chassis flexing, i bought an intake and an eibach coil over kit that are waiting to go on but i wanted to know if anyone knew what i could buy to fix this this before i send it to the shop, thanks
