Have owned 99 cobra for around 6 months. We are the second owner. Checked with local dealership today to see if upgrade ford did on heads and intake were done. dealer advised upgrade had not been done and account for this car was closed. Any chance of going back to ford and having this done. Car has 29000 miles and is like new condition.

They never touched the heads on those cars...
The intakes were either acid dipped or extrude honed and the catback was replaced with a more free flowing one. They also reflashed the PCM. If "The Fix" was performed on your 99 you will have a dot on the driver side front corner of your intake manifold with a green dot representing acid dipped and a blue dot if your intake was extrude honed.
