99+ GT+mods, or Cobra?

Let's say I hypothetically had $14,000 to spend on a Mustang. I could get a 99 or 2000 GT and maybe put a supercharger on it for that amount of money, or just buy a 99 Cobra. Would a 99ish GT for 9000 bucks be too run down to put boost through it? Or should I just get a cobra?

I would rather have 99gt with kb on it that a 99 cobra.

i dont really like boost on stock internals but if i had to choose i think i would get the blown Gt
