I’m having trouble with my 2v my car shakes/vibrates everytime I give it gas/accelerate anyone have an idea what it might be? I heard it might be ignition coils but not too sure
I can almost guarantee coils. Especially if it's low rpm high load situations.... Say flooring it in 5th gear. Most definitely it's the coils if that's what you're experiencing
Had that happen to mine after some hard driving. T stat gasket was leaking slightly, but enough to let antifreeze get to some coils. Check for wetness around your coils. If not still probably bad coils. No check engine light?
I'll third this; when I had a PI manifold on mine (NPI engine), it seeped coolant on one side. When it got down into the spark plug wells, it'd do the same thing you mention. Coil packs and plug wires in my case, but the principle is the same.
