a arm bushing removal????

how do i get the a arm bushings out of my 87 notchback. and how do the new ones og back in? please help.

if they came with the outer shell (metal) then you will have to get them pressed in at a shop. If they do not have the outer metal sleeve, then you can burn the old ones out and slide the new ones in. That's what i did. It does take a little time to burn them out though.
