I can select defrost, floor, or both and I have air. Heat blows hot and a/c blows cold. When I select vents I have nothing and it goes to defrost. I have checked all lines!!!! The black line coming through firewall is good. It is pulling vac at the tree behind the dash. I have checked all lines behind the radio. Yellow line is pulling vac. All lines are connected and not loose. What next????

I'm not sure how alike the SN95 A/C is to a fox, but so far what you've described sounds like a fox's default when it loses vacuum (defrost & floor, I believe). So, maybe your vacuum logic is close to or the same as ours:

You will need to verify this part number:

AR33‑19E616‑BB and referred to as "Heater Regulator Engine" is what I've found for the 2004 Mustang GT.
