I just replace the A/C clutch and changed the freon to a new product called Freeze 12 instead of the old r12. Works great but the clutch does not cycle like my old compressor did. I had a pro to fill the freon and check making sure to fill the right amount. Any advice.:(

Did he plug in the cycling switch back up, or leave a jumper wire in it? Otherwise, maybe the switch is bad and it is not letting it cycle. Has it been running OK recently? Does the WOT switch turn it off? Is the evaporator freezing up on you and not letting the air flow? I had a car years ago that did that, I had to keep turning it off and let the coils defrost manually.
