A/C Delete cover

I am going to be getting rid of the a.c in my 93 fox. I was wondering if there was a cover that you can get to cover the hole in the firewall, where the ac lines go into the dash, to the core. I looked and searched but found nothing. Do I have to make my own?

never heard of one...use a piece of sheet metal and use rivits

There used to be a company around somewhere (not a big, well-known one) that made a cover for that area, but I'll be damned if I can remember what it was or how to find it. I'd say spend some time using Google, because something is certainly out there unless they've stopped offering that part.

The factory A/C delete cars have a cover. It's just foam without the holes cut in. However it's discontinued and VERY hard to find.

You might get lucky and find a junkyard 4-banger with no A/C and can rob it from that, but you
ll have to hack the dash out to get at it.

why not just weld a patch piece in?
