Okay, I guess I overlooked the clearance of the liquid line going from the evaporator to the condenser after puting my mac headers in (I was inching to drive it I guess). After a couple days it finally melted through and scared the crap out of me at a stoplight with the steam from the oil on the hot header. Luckily its not the middle of summer and I can go without A/C for a little bit.

Anyway, I ordered the new hose from fordpartsnetwork.com and it should be here in a couple days.I was wondering if it came with a new gasket(o-ring?) and if not does anyone know the part numbers? Also, any tips for the replacement or things that I should look out for? Thanks as always guys

I wouldn't expect the AC line to come with the o-ring, but you may get lucky. If not, take the old one to NAPA...they can match it.

take it to a shop that does ac work. they should have o rings. your system will need to be vacumed down and recharged.
I have seen this happen on a couple of cars.
