My AC is not working. The fan is on, but the air is not cold. I have changed it into different settings and the air does not cool at all.

The heater works fine.

I had my freons recharged just before november and it worked without any problems until today.

Where is the AC belt, if any?

What can be causing this malfunction?

The AC is driven by the main accessory belt. Check to ensure you have a full charge, since it could still have leaked out somewhere. If your charge is sufficient, jumper the harness for the low pressure sensor on the accumulator and see if the compressor runs. If it does, you need the new sensor. It's like $24 at Napa

The compressor use to kick on and off a bunch of times before when the AC was on. That was why i had my freons recharged.

Now, the compressor doesn't appear to be coming on at all.

I am not sure why this is happening? is my compressor dead?

it may have been locked up from drying out, best take it to a shop and actually watch what they r doing, dnt let em screw u , i got two opinions before i replaced my compressor, it was kicking on and off, freon leak, and the the main seal was toast
