a couple of questions

my little brother just got a 93 Gt hatchback and wants to make this a drag/ street car but has a limited budget. He wants to put welds all around but also doesn't want to change the brakes if he doesn't have too. i have been reading that he should just change the front and not worry about the back? is that true? if not what brakes can you put on the four lugs and not worry about them hitting the inside of the welds. Also he wants to supercharge his enigne. should her just wait till this one dies and then build one to take alot of power or should he beef this one up and supercharge it? could you help me out and tell me what he as to do either way?

I dont know about the wheels, but what kinda miles are on the engine? Is there any oil consumtion?

is the car like stock pretty much? or well like a street hotrod? roll cage or anything like that? if he wants a drag car.. like full on he needs reinforcements and roll cage and tubbed.. if hes talkin bad little street car then id get some 16's and slap some m/t's on em.. lol then h/c/i then kenne belle.. BUT what mileage?
