well in a week or so I should be starting on my 2.3- 302 swap and I had a few questions concerning it.

1. Where should I start? I was thinking start with the clutch pedal assembly, then the brake and fuel lines, then the rear end. Then do the front brakes.

2. I am gonna spray paint the whole outside of the car with mettalic midnight blue. Does anyone have any good techniques on prepping and spraying? how many coats of primer would you use? How many coats of paint would you use?

3. where can I get weather stripping or whatever it is around the rear side windows? Can I just sand it down a bit and paint it black or something?

4. I plan on spray painting the rear end. Should I use just regular paint or high temp engine paint? I was also thinking about painting the the driveshaft and trans. (I know no one will see it. I just thought it would be a neat idea.) The paint on the drive shaft wont throw off any kind of balance would it? Will it over heat the transmission?

5. The parts car that I'll be picking up has a bad clutch. I plan on taking the engine and trans out of the parts car at the same time. Can I just take the transmission off once its out and install it that way? would it be easier then haveing everything in the car? I plan on going with a centerforce clutch stg 1 or 2.

6. I plan on getting 3.90 gears from pro 5.0 or motive. Do they come with install kits or do I have to get one from somewhere else? if so where is a good place to get it from?

7. Does anyone have any info on how to make a ram air setup for a coupe?

edit 8. I want to go with either 1 chamber flows or spintech pro streets. Which is louder? does anyone have a good sound clip of either more so the 1 chambers cuz i have an idea of what the pro streets sound like? I want something that has a nice loud roar to it (I'm not too concerned on the sound level until I get pulled over lol).

thanks for any advice info.
