I have a few questions about my fuel supply. I have a 96 mustang that is getting an engine swap from a little 3.8 to a 5.0. I have dropped the gas tank today and was wondering how I was going to get the rusty fuel level sensor out of the gas tank. If anyone has any ideas that would be great, the only thing I could think of was applying heat........but I dont think that would go over so well. Also I am putting an inline fuel pump to lower the PSI of fuel for my carb. set up, and was wondering if I had to remove the tank fuel pump or if the inline fuel pump would still pump the gas through it even if the one in the tank was disconnected. This is really holding back my process so any comments would be great.
