A Good Tune??

Just curious, in your opinion what would you say is a "Good Tune"?

My Capri picked up 45 rwhp w/ my JMS Dyno tune. I'd call that a good one, IMO.

Could mean
'Change the plugs/cap/rotor'

OR

'Custom ecu re-program using a J3 chip'


Maybe a little clarification would help narrow down the question?

I was just wondering what people meant by a "Good Tune"? I consider a tune up to be changing plugs, wires, rotor and cap, air filter. Maybe someone else thinks different?

dynotune will correct any A/F and related driveability issues so it could be said that the dyno session infact would be included in a good tune.
