I agree that this is an issue with the shipping company and not with LRS. Once the pallet is in the hands of the shipper, God only knows how it is handled and that is a circumstance LRS has no control over. The customer service at LRS, in my experience, is rivaled only by Summit in the performance parts world. They have always taken care of me when there's been an issue, ship lightning quick, and bend over backwards to help. I see here once again they're making things right. They could easily bounce this back to the shipper's insurance company and have you waiting in limbo for claims to be filed. Instead, they're handling it the way any of us would want it to be. World class operation in my opinion.
We really appreciate the kind words guys. This thread actually started a pretty big discussion on how to pack all truck freight orders better and things will be changing quickly to make that happen.
