Well my question is .................what kind of power increase would i experience if i change out my gt-40x's for some afr 185's, and get my intake ported??, Also would my car not be a sensable daily driver for a 16 yr. old, if i got a supercharger??
You may actually lose power by adding heads that large with your current setup. An engine only needs heads that are large enough to feed its potential. When you add heads too large the flow velocity is slowed and torque and power can be lost.
A supercharger causes virtually no problems with daily driving. I am making 415rwhp with my car and it drives just perfectly. I can dog it down to 1200rpms around town and it still runs great.
