An encounter with american muscle!

I originally called AM last wednesday and told them i got a great deal on wheels and tires from LMR and asked if they could take care of me. I spoke with John and he put me on hold for 20 secs and came back and told me he could do better than LMR. I asked if the quote would stand until friday when i could purchase the wheels but unfortunately funding fell through due to a cheap ass who couldn't pay up for a side job i did. Today i called and gave them a quote number and Ryan (i believe is his name forgive me if im wrong) took the quote number and said no problem and took my order. At first he wasnt sure if they would be mounted and balanced today, But i recieved an email a few hours later saying they were shipped.

Long story short AM has great customer service and is very willing to stay on the phone to help you with your purchases. I will most definately be giving AM my business in the future. For anyone who is looking to buy parts online i highly recommend American Muscle.

Sorry for the long story.

you know....its companies like american muscle that make me wonder why its so hard for other companies to figure out what they are doing wrong and earning such a bad wrap..

its not difficult to me it seems

charge fair prices......and the free shipping is a HUGE bounus

notify of stock status on your web page and if somehow your pages is wrong....call the customer

ship quickly

if an order is messed up, fix it quickly (which i have never experienced)

if american muscle can do it easily and they havent been around for THAT long why cant others?

I saw rant and was waiting for the last line to be like..."yeah then those bastards charged my card $6,000 and keep laughing at me"

I think the word being searched for is Rave

Like everyone else I was WTF?! AM has been great. I have only ordered a few things from them but it was always fast with great service I didnt know they would do a pricwe match or drop from their competitors. Gotta remember that. I always liked LMR cause I could just drive over to them and see the Cobra R in the showroom and play with stuff. But im cheap and would rather save money by going to AM
