A rebuild

im going to do a complete rebuild on a 2.3t motor and I was wondering which sites are good to get parts. And open to suggestions on the build, also im not rich and Im not cheap either.

You're going to have a hard time finding affordable pistons. The speed pro replacements are tough to find, if you can find them at all at the moment. CP and Diamond are the other good quality pieces. Expect to pay around $500 for a set of pistons and pins.
Alot of people who plan on abusing their 2.3T's are using Crower sportsman rods.
Do a search of the general tech forum over at TurboFord.net Home and you'll come up with a lot of good advice from people who've put together some screaming combos.

I reused my stock pistons (which you usually can unless they or the bore is trashed), just had a cylinder hone done.

I got everything else (rings, bearings, gaskets etc) at Advance Auto Parts.
