I have 93 5.0 engine and I wanted to upgrade with a new trick-flow twisted wedge set of heads and intake combo.my engine is still stock with 130,000 miles but still runs great.is trick-flow ok or should I look at Holly or GT40 thanks

I would say go for it. I dont think you will have any problems. I did mine last year with about 112,000 and I already had a supercharger. If your looking at the top end kit, it does require some additional little items but it is pretty well done. New lifters, oil filler for valve covers, intake bolts(suggested to use old ones by trick flow), and supporting hardware to get the most from it(probably already have) bigger tb and mass air, better radiator?

I agree, not to steal the thread, but how much boost are you running frcefedlx (or does 7" mean 7 pounds?) and what kind of quarter mile times are you running? BG85GT: I love Trick Flow heads because they allow you to run larger cams without piston to valve issues. Good luck!

I see 5psi and make peak power at 5800. peak tork is at 3600 and it just stays relatively flat across the board after that. I am running a tad rich but I was told it was a decent safe tune at this point. I went to the track but had some clogged cat issues and did not run well at all. But now with that problem resolved I plan to get back and get some numbers here soon.
