just as the title says, will the A3M1 ecu plug and play into a 1989 mustang GT harness?? I can get one much cheaper than an A9L to get my car running again and would like to do this until I can find a better deal on an A9L...
There are a few different varieties of computers... just a few different calibrations.. Here's the #'s of most of the MAF computers that are around. A9L and A9P are the most common.

sounds good to me. I already bid on it and won, I typed it in google and everyone says that it is the ford replacement for the a9l so I assumed it would work plug-n-play style.
