What is an A9L computer? What are the advantages? Etc?

I believe its the 5-speed computer for MAF cars from 89-93....

They are the stock 5 speed computers for 90 5.0's. Back in the day everyone wanted one, cuz they are supposedly the most aggresive of the cpu's. But with all the aftermarket tuning software now, you really don't need one.

Dont dick with swapping ECUs. Get a custom chip burnt if you are looking for more power. The Cobra computer, contrary to popular opinion, is actually a pretty good computer. They take very well to adding blowers also, almost as if they had that in mind while making them. Anyhow, a custom tune will get you all the power your looking for.

if your looking for computer im trying to sell all my stuff out of my 93 notch. computer and harness. its the a3m which is the semt timing curve as the a9l. im asking 175 shipped. just give you a heads up
