About had it with X2C motorsports.

The problem started early december. I ordered a TKO600 off of x2c. Well after it doesn't arrive in like 2 weeks I call up and they say its on backorder. So i asked them right then if i find someone who has them in stock will you cancel my order. "SURE NO PROBLEM" TAkes me about 30 min and i find one on ebay, new instock and its actually about 20 bucks cheaper. I call x2c up and cancel my order.

I get my new tranny and everything is fine. Then i check my credit card statement and it says im over my limit like 10 dollars. I was like what the hell. I look at it and i see that i have two charges for around 1675. X2C had charged me later on when the tranny did come in BUT never actually shipped it. And now i have a 37.xx over the limit fee.

x2c says we will refund you for the tranny and pay you back your fee for going over your limit. OK no problem im thinking. I wait a few weeks and see there is nothing been returned so i call my credit card company up and they said returns can take as long as 90 days.. Im like damn but i wait.

I wait the 90 days/3 months now and still no return. I called them up and they are like well something happened and its been to long to return it onto your credit card. So im like OK whatever just send me a check. (I have been totally calm and non hostile this whole time). Well for the last couple months I have called about every two weeks asking if they have sent my check. OH YEAH they say you should be getting in the mail here shortly. Never do of coarse. They even sent me a tracking number. Which i check but they never actually give the package to ups to deliver.

Still no check and its been over 6 months sence the beggining of this problem. I called this last week and finally said hey can you ship me some products (mcload twin disc clutch and a 351 oil pan) and send the rest as a check? SURE NO PROBLEM... Still no product and its been over like 6 business days.

Whenever I call I ask for the owner, AJ i beleive. Im really not sure where to go from here.

drive to X2C and kick their asses....all of that is totall bull****......i was considering gettin some coilovers from them down the road, but im not even gonna bother with them now.........
 
as soon as you canceled your order, you should of called and notified your credit card company. you should call them now and tell them that you never recieved the product that was charged. and that you have called and canceled that order months ago. your credit card company should of put a stop to that.
 
Yeah im gonna call once more monday and if i don't see anything by the end of the week i think im gonna take further actions.

I haven't been pushy at all and the guy seems really nice and sounds like he's going correct this but he just doesn't deliver through...
 
Call the better business bureau and threaten them with that. My god dude this isn't neccesariy chump change your dealing with here. Thats alot of money out on the table. I'd be calling everyday several times a day chewing some serious ass. Call them up on Monday and tell them if you dont have a check within the next 5 business days your going to file suit. You might have to pay a couple of small fees but at least you'll get most of your money back and they will probably get the check out right away to avoid getting sued. Yeah f**k that man it sounds like your too nice of a guy. Give em' hell.
 
Always contact the BBB anyway. Still, chances are if you were to contact a lawyer and he contacted their's (they should have one if they're supposed to run a legit business), he will probably get it done lickedy split.
