? about my 351w

i got a copmplet 351w out of a 85 bronco i believe. i got it all ripped aprt and come to find out its be borede .03 over and has been rebuilt.

1st what parts can i and/or should i keep for the build. i should also add i have a complet 302 out of my 88gt and ive heard parts are interchangable.

2nd should the block be bored anymore and sleeved or what is a good route for performance.

I would have the blocked checked at a mach shop. if the bores are still good I would not bore it again. If it needs bored and honed take it to .040 get forged pistons.

With the money you save from the machine shop, buy yourself a cam and intake/carb, if you already have that get some aluminium heads.

all your accesory's will bolt onto your 351w from your 302 as long as you use you accsesory mounts from the 351w. You are going to need some swap headers. Your motor mounts will be the same. You will need a fly wheel for the 351w that mounts inside a t-5.

the engine is staying EFI so an HIC setup is a good idea. im going to have a local shop dip and check the block then im going to build it myself with a 408 stroker kit thats already balanced. the stock tranny wont last so thatll be replaced also.

you will have to have an intake for a 351... the heads are the same as a 302 but the intakes are different
