Ok when i first got my car back about 3 months ago, the turn signals would act funny, one day the left wouldnt work, the next day the right.

Then they both worked perfectly until today.
the left one works fine, but the right one wont click, it just lights up and wont blink.

Any recommendations?

you probably have a bulb out, check all your exterior bulbs. If they are all ok i would say replace the flasher.

Must be the flasher, because i can manually flash it if i move it up and down.

not nessisarily, If you have a bulb out there will not be enough load on the flasher to make it blink. Turn on your hazards and check all your exterior bulbs and make sure they are working. the flasher will do what you describe to try to "tell" you that a bulb is out. If all bulbs work then replace the flasher, but if one direction works and the other doesnt then your flasher is probably ok.

We looked today and the right rear bulb was loose
so we tightened the bulb and viola, it works now!

I checked the blinker fluid and found that the right front head lamp was a little fuller than I liked so I had to drill a small hole in the lense at the bottom to even out the air/water ratio.
