not nessisarily, If you have a bulb out there will not be enough load on the flasher to make it blink. Turn on your hazards and check all your exterior bulbs and make sure they are working. the flasher will do what you describe to try to "tell" you that a bulb is out. If all bulbs work then replace the flasher, but if one direction works and the other doesnt then your flasher is probably ok.Foxfan88 said:Must be the flasher, because i can manually flash it if i move it up and down.
