About to add a Densecharger... CEL problem?

I just got a Densecharger for my 99 GT. I haven't put it on yet, but I've heard that a CAI will lead to the Check Engine Light coming on constantly (due to the A/F mixture changing). Is this really a problem? If so, how do I get around the problem? Thanks for ya'lls help.

Reset the battery before you start the car with the densecharger on. That should fix it if it happens.
