About to buy my Fox, need your help

Well Im about to trade in my civic finnaly for my fox, and this is the scoop. The terms were that I was to trade my car for his as long as his fox was repainted black professionally. I said ok, but then I got some info from someone that some of the parts weren't installed on the car that should be. So there were a few parts but nothing drastic. Anyways, I plan on throwing a blower on the car and I was told that it was overbored by someone, and that the cylinder walls at 308ci would not be able to handle boost or nitrous. He said it was bored .040 over. Anyways here's the car:

So what do you think? Any estimated on HP? Can it be boosted??? Thanks alot.

I see, so 0.040 is pretty thin I take it then... no boost huh

Well in general is a .040 over bore too drastic for boost? That's what I need to know more than anything

Eh, my car isn't exactly slow, I'd just like something with torque, and rwd. I've owned mustangs before so no biggie.
