about to make own catback

I'm going to cut out the existing mufflers and buy some universal fit magnapacks. I know the original pipes are for offset and maganapacks are straight thru, and can modify the pipes like I want. My question is what are used in the magnapack cat back? Are they 3.5" or 4" body diameter and what is the diameter of a stock tail pipe?

The cat back uses 4" diameter magnapacks. But simply welding these in does not make a true cat back system. Cat backs for the Stang are typically 2.5" mandrel bent, whereas the OEM pipes are 2.25" with kinks, dents and other restrictions.
The stock tail pipes, as stated, are 2.25".
