i have had this problem for quite some time but have ignored it because the ac has not been needed, but now its about 100* every day so ac is necessary. my ac still works wonderfully, and when i turn it on it only blows out the defrost vents(up top by windshield), and the feet vents, and nothing comes out any of the main vents. is this a common problem? i just hope i can fix it soon so i can drive my car and not be sweating my a$$ off. thanks in advance guys :SNSign:

You have a vacuum line leak (engine compartment is usual) to the controls or you had the dash out and pulled the yellow vacuum line off the actuator that moves the air to the vents. Take a look at the schematic for the controls at this site:

I had a similar problem. You may also want to take the control switch out of the dash and clean it. It turned out to be my problem. Along with a broken vac line under the hood. Here's my thread on it.

ok well ill give the vacuum lines a look right now. how much of the dash do i have to remove to check the control switch or at least see where the line might be cracked?

only the controls cover (pops off) and then the screws (Torx) that hold the control panel in.
