accel super coil

i just got one of these accel super coils for free and was wondering if it was worth installing, and will there be any performance gain?

Should be better than stock, I doubt any HP gains, really it helps with spark at top end, you should(if it works correctly) notice it can Rev a little pics better, or should I say smoother, if not Ill take if off you hands...
