I have a 04 GT. I bought it used (had 5000 miles), the clutch and brake pedals are black rubber but the accelerator pedal looks like it is aluminum, or at least has an aluminum cover over it. Is that stock or did someone put a cover over the accelerator? I want to get rid of it because 1-it doesn't look that good to me 2-it is VERY slipery so that my foot slips off the pedal at times.
Thanks

All the pedals should have the aluminum. I know this isnt the best pic but you can only get aluminum pedals with the Interior Upgrade Package.

Hm..are these just covers that can be removed...maybe someone either put on the accelerator cover, or removed the brake and clutch covers if they can be removed. Thanks for the reply.

What comes with the upgraded interior. I have embroidered (sp) leather seats but they are smaller than some I've seen (not as high).
Thanks

Here are the parts that come with the IUP:
-aluminum door locks
-4 way adjustable headrests (they are bigger than the regular ones)
-aluminum in the center (refer to my pic)
-leather shift knob/boot cover
-aluminum pedals

I'll bet what happened is the previous owner took the aluminum covers off the clutch and brake pedals, but couldn't remove the gas pedal one, so left it.

As I've read re the install of the so-called "Bullitt Pedals", the clutch and brake ones go one easy, but the gas pedal is a pita. Probably that way in reverse too...
