Access to parking light / horn wires?

I'm installing a remote keyless entry system in my 90 lx.

I was wondering if anybody knows of any easy way to access the parking lights / horn wires without running extra wires under the hood.

parking lights (+ circuit) - BROWN, found @ the light switch or in the drivers kickpanel

horn wire - YELLOW WITH LIGHT GREEN, found in the ignition harness in, or by the steering column.
