Thinking of a throttle body and pleumn for my 4.6. Was told that accufab was the best, but was wondering which size to get; the 70 or 75? Someone told me only get the 75 if I was going to add a supercharger and I was wondering why? Any info from personal experiences and install would be appriciated.

Get the 75mm I have read several tests and the 75mm on N/A vehicles showed more horsepower.

The TB/Plenum combo from Accufab is what I plan to purchase next. I agree with the above, everything I have seen with the 75mm makes more power than the 70mm even on a N/A motor. Go ahead and get the 75mm! That's what I am going to do.

I found a site www.crmotorsports.com that has the combo for about $423, just in case you haven't found it cheaper anywhere else.

I just installed the accufab tb & plenum 75mm last weekend . And MAN what a difference not a low end it stayed the same but mid thru top end you can notice a really good boost in power... Now i gotta get the Mass air kit for more but just that kit alone did really good... i got it for 419.00 from coolblueperformance.com

With the bigger throttle body, will the stock intake pipe fit around it? I have a volant cai on the way, will it fit? How easy is it to install? Ive heard different opinions on how the car idles afterwards.

the inlet pipe will fit, only it will be a very 'tight' fit...loosen the clamp all the way, apply a little soapy water to the insides of the inlet pipe and squeeze it on...it will fit..i promise..check out this head to head comparison...the proof is in the pudding!...i am planning on getting a PROCHARGER system eventually, hence the larger T/B and PLENUM, but this is also an effective combo that you can use right now!
