Adding Nitrous To A Vortech Setup.

Im am currently running 16psi/ intercooled, methanol injection/ 75/25 mix, fully forged 5.0 stroker bottom end. I wanna add nitrous until I can get enough saved up for a v7 Ysi. What HP level would be reasonably safe, but be worth the addition. Im looking to bump the power up! Also what kits would u reccomend for a returnless fuel system? I run a cobra tank with twin svt focus 255s and im adding a Bap. My current rwhp is 500rwhp/ really safe tune.
